Welcome to the new home of All Against The Haul! All Against The Haul is a homegrown, grassroots coalition of citizens, small businesses, and local organizations dedicated to supporting our regional economy by stopping the establishment of a permanent megaloads corridor through WA, OR, ID and MT to the Alberta Tar Sands.
All Against The Haul links tea party members and liberals, teachers and ranchers, outfitters and engineers, tribal members and truckers, with a common goal: stopping the corporate takeover of our communities, rural roads, and favorite places to recreate.
Arising out of the efforts of concerned residents along the proposed corridor, All Against The Haul is a locally based four-state effort that builds bridges between communities and non-traditional allies, and between grassroots volunteers and people of influence in county seats, state capitals, and in Washington, DC. Whether you live in Kooskia, Kamiah, Lolo or Choteau; Portland, Seattle, Spokane or Missoula; All Against The Haul is watching out for the best interests of our economy, our safety, and our ways of life.
All Against The Haul is all about you. Tell us why you are “All Against The Haul” by signing our petition, following us on Facebook and Twitter, and taking photos and making videos of how the megaloads will impact you.
Make your voice heard by using our guides to write a letter to the editor, to get in touch with your elected and appointed officials in your state, or to plan an event in your community.
To learn more about how the megaloads will impact our economy, check out our fact sheets and sign up for our newsletter.
Just like you, All Against The Haul is made of concerned, taxpaying citizens who live along the proposed route.
We won’t stand for Big Oil’s takeover of our lives, and our work isn’t over until we make sure our communities are protected for our children and grandchildren.
Big Oil has proposed nothing short of permanently spoiling our neck of the woods – and worst of all, they’re going to charge us for the destruction, at a time when many of us are out of work and our states are millions of dollars in debt.
Join thousands of others, across Montana, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, who have stood up to say why they are “All Against The Haul.”
Don’t wait. Add your voice today.
